Bottle check

Is Memo Honey Real? Check Your Bottle in Five Minutes

Quick answer

A real MemoHoney bottle has an intact safety seal, a white body with a honey-gold band, 30 capsules, and seven Supplement Facts lines with printed amounts. The label names Instituto Experience of Ogden, Utah. Lot MEM-26/ME-1829 is a seller reference, not lab proof. If anything differs, do not take the capsules.

What real means

What does it mean to ask if Memo Honey is real?

People ask this in three different ways, and each has a different answer.

  • Is the product real? Yes. A bottle exists, with a printed label, a distributor and a sales page.
  • Is my bottle the real one? You can check that yourself, and this page shows how.
  • Does it work? That is a different question. No trial of the capsule has been published, so nobody can say.

This page deals with the second question. A bottle check cannot tell you if the capsules will help. It can tell you if the bottle in your hand matches the label we describe, and if it was sealed when it reached you.

Key facts
  • Seal: whole and tight under the cap before first use.
  • Look: white bottle, honey-gold band, honeycomb-and-brain mark, "30 CAPSULES" on the front.
  • Panel: seven active lines, from niacin 7.5 mg NE to beta-alanine 40 mg.
  • Distributor line: Instituto Experience, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404.
  • Lot and best-before sit on the base when the bottle shows them.

Five minutes

What are the five checks to run on a bottle?

  1. Count the bottles

Match the number to your pack: 2, 3 or 6. Keep the box and the packing slip until the matter is closed.

  2. Look at the seal

The label says not to use the bottle if the safety seal is damaged or missing. A torn seal means stop. Do not open it.

  3. Read the base

Find the lot code and the best-before date if the bottle shows them. Write both next to your order ID.

  4. Compare the panel

Check all seven lines and the amounts against the table below. No other active ingredient should appear.

  5. Take photos

Photograph the front, the panel and the base now. If a claim comes later, you will already have proof.

The panel

Which seven lines should the Supplement Facts panel show?

Serving size is 1 capsule, and there are 30 servings per container. Each capsule should list exactly these lines:

Supplement Facts lines on the MemoHoney label, per capsule
LineAmount% Daily Value
Niacin7.5 mg NE47%
Calcium (as calcium carbonate)18 mg1.5%
L-Arginine (base)200 mgnot set
L-Arginine AKG 2:1 Extract200 mgnot set
L-Citrulline HCl100 mgnot set
L-Citrulline Malate100 mgnot set
Beta Alanine40 mgnot set

The other ingredients are hypromellose (vegetable capsule), vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide. Directions read: take one capsule daily with an 8 oz glass of water, 20-30 minutes before a meal. The label also says to store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from heat and light.

If your bottle lists honey, ginkgo or any ingredient outside these seven lines, it is another product, whatever the name on the front says.

Codes

What do the lot and CoA codes prove?

The seller gave this desk two codes: lot MEM-26/ME-1829 and a certificate reference, MEM-1829-26-ME. They help the order desk talk about one production batch.

They do not prove purity, strength or safety. A genuine certificate of analysis is a paper you can read, with a lab, a lot, a test date and a result for each test. We have no such document for MemoHoney, so we never call these codes lab proof.

Your lot may differ

Lot codes can change between production runs. A different code on your base is not a warning sign by itself. Read it to the order desk and let them match it to your order.

Want proof beyond a code? Ask the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 for the document behind it. A usable one names the lab, matches your lot, shows a test date and lists each result.

If it differs

What should you do if your bottle does not match?

Stop and do not take the capsules. Keep the bottle, take photos and call the order desk with your order ID.

Other sellers

What if you bought Memo Honey on another website?

Check the bottle with the same steps, then ask the seller who charged your card. Other domains use the MemoHoney name, such as memohoneyy.com and memohoneyofficial.com. We cannot vouch for them, and the order desk here cannot see their orders.

We found no Amazon or Walmart listing in our October 2026 research. That does not prove none exists. A marketplace seller could be anyone, and we cannot say if the sales-page guarantee would apply to such an order.

Fact check on a famous name: no celebrity, including Bill Gates, is connected to MemoHoney. Fake celebrity ads exist for similarly named products. If an ad shows a famous face beside a MemoHoney bottle, it did not come from this desk.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Where do I find the lot number on my bottle?

Check the underside of the bottle. When a lot code and a best-before date are printed, that is where they sit. Not every product photo shows them, so read your own bottle in good light and note both beside your order ID in case the desk asks.

Does the CoA reference mean a lab tested my bottle?

Not by itself. MEM-1829-26-ME is a seller reference. The seller has published no certificate, lab name, test date or result with it, so the code alone says nothing about purity, strength or safety.

What should I do with a bottle whose seal is broken?

Leave it closed. The label tells you not to use a bottle with a damaged or missing seal. Photograph it and phone the order desk, quoting your order ID, so it can be replaced or refunded.

What if the panel on my bottle mentions honey?

Set it aside. No honey appears anywhere on the MemoHoney panel, so a bottle naming honey or other actives is something else. Photograph the panel and the base, then phone the order desk.

Does the label say who made it?

Only in part. It offers the phrase "Manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients" and names the distributor, Instituto Experience of Ogden, Utah. With no factory or lab printed, the seal, the base marks and the panel are what you can check.

Can I email the website to match my lot?

No. The website address, [email protected], deals with errors on pages, privacy and press, and it cannot look up orders. Take lot and order questions to the order desk: +1 (302) 200-3480 or [email protected].

Verdict

Our view

A real bottle is a bottle you can check, and this one gives you a lot to check: a seal, a band, a count, seven printed amounts and a named distributor. That is better than many products in this aisle manage.

But "real" is a low bar. A genuine bottle can still hold a capsule with no trial behind it. The missing pieces are the factory name, a lab and a certificate document. Until those appear, the lot and CoA codes are only references.

Our advice is simple. Check the seal and the panel on arrival, photograph what you find and keep the order email. MemoHoney is not FDA approved, because no supplement is. If you take medicine for blood pressure, your heart, blood thinning or diabetes, show the label to a pharmacist before the first capsule.
