MemoHoney Disclaimer: FDA, Health and Seller Notices
MemoHoney is a dietary supplement. Its claims have not been evaluated by the FDA, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, including memory loss or dementia. It contains no honey. Memohoneynow is a retail desk that earns money from sales. No verified reviews are published yet, results vary, and memory changes need a doctor first.

FDA statement
What is the MemoHoney FDA disclaimer?
The asterisk after "Advanced Memory Support*" on the bottle leads to the standard FDA statement for supplements.
"These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease."
The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold (FDA, Supplement Q&A). A brand badge in MemoHoney images says "FDA registered facility". Registration of a facility is not approval of a product (FDA, Approval myths), and no facility is named. The FTC expects health claims to rest on competent and reliable scientific evidence (FTC, Health claims).
The same statement applies to every claim on this site that repeats or explains a brand claim. We quote the label and the sales page so you can see what is said, not to vouch for it.
Where each notice applies
Which MemoHoney disclosures apply where?
Seven notices cover the whole site. Each one is explained further down.
| Notice | What it means for you | Source |
|---|---|---|
| FDA statement | Claims not evaluated by the FDA; not for any disease | Bottle label |
| Not medical advice | General information only; ask your own clinician | Our editorial policy |
| Not a memory-loss treatment | No supplement is shown to prevent dementia | (NCCIH, Supplements for cognition) |
| No honey | The name and honeycomb art are branding | Supplement Facts panel |
| Seller disclosure | We earn money when you buy through our buttons | Seller's brief |
| No verified reviews yet | No stars, counts or quotes until orders are matched | (FTC, Fake reviews rule) |
| Results vary | No trial of the formula; small amounts | (NIH ODS, Exercise supplements) |
Not medical advice
Is MemoHoney information a substitute for a doctor?
No. Our pages explain a label and summarize public sources. They cannot examine you.
A doctor or pharmacist knows your conditions, your medicines and your history. A website does not. Use what you read here to prepare questions, not to replace the answers.
This matters most for L-arginine, the largest ingredient. It can lower blood pressure, and it interacts with several common heart, blood pressure and diabetes medicines (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine). The label says to consult a physician but names no drugs.
Keep taking your prescribed medicine. Never stop or change a dose on your own because of anything you read about a supplement. The full list is on the side effects page.
Memory and dementia
Is MemoHoney a treatment for memory loss or dementia?
No. MemoHoney is not a treatment for memory loss, dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
Supplements and dementia
NCCIH finds the direct evidence lacking: no supplement has been shown to prevent Alzheimer's or other dementias (NCCIH, Supplements for cognition). It also warns against using supplements as a reason to put off seeing a provider about memory loss.
Treatment claims
In 2019 the FTC and FDA warned supplement sellers about Alzheimer's and dementia treatment claims. As the FTC put it, "a cure-all often turns out to be a cure-nothing" (FTC, Alzheimer's claims letters).
Depression, medicine reactions, and thyroid, liver or kidney problems can impair memory (NCCIH, Supplements for cognition). A doctor can look for them. A capsule cannot.
The name
Does the MemoHoney name mean it contains honey?
No. Honey does not appear anywhere on the label. The name and the honeycomb artwork are branding.

Each capsule lists two forms of L-arginine, two forms of L-citrulline, beta-alanine, niacin and calcium. The other ingredients are hypromellose, vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide. Ads that tell a story about a honey drink for memory are a separate trend, and they do not describe this label.
Seller disclosure
Does memohoneynow.com earn money from MemoHoney sales?
Yes. Memohoneynow is a licensed U.S. retail desk for MemoHoney and is paid when people order through its buttons.
We are not the maker. The label names Instituto Experience of Ogden, Utah, as distributor. Order buttons on this site open the MemoHoney sales page through a short redirect, and the sale is credited to us.
That income does not decide what we write. Our pages point out the weak spots too: no honey despite the name, ingredients mainly studied for exercise, amounts far below studied doses, and quality badges that name no lab. How we choose sources is set out in our editorial standards.
Reviews
Why are there no MemoHoney star ratings on this site?
Because none has been verified yet. We publish no rating, count or quote we cannot match to a real order.
The sales page shows its own testimonials. We do not copy them, because we cannot check them. Federal rules ban fake reviews and testimonials, and penalties can apply (FTC, Fake reviews rule).
- Review spots on our pages stay blank until the order desk matches a review to a real order and the buyer agrees.
- Photos of people on the site are stock images, not customers.
- Our pages are medically reviewed by Dr. Mary Cunningham and checked for accuracy against the label and the cited sources. They are general information, not personal medical advice.
Results
Will MemoHoney work the same for everyone?
No. Results vary, and no published trial has tested the MemoHoney formula.
The amino acids in MemoHoney were studied mainly for exercise and blood flow, at grams a day. One capsule holds about one-fifth of the lowest arginine dose studied and one-fortieth of the lowest beta-alanine dose (NIH ODS, Exercise supplements). Our sources list no memory use for them.
Sleep, activity, mood, medicines and health conditions all affect memory. Anything one person notices may come from those, not the capsule. If you try MemoHoney, note what you see over 30 to 60 days, inside the money-back window.
When to get help
When should you see a doctor instead of trying MemoHoney?
When memory changes disrupt daily life, keep getting worse, or worry the people around you.
The Alzheimer's Association lists warning signs that call for a doctor's visit (Alzheimer's Association, 10 signs):
- Memory loss that disrupts daily life
- Trouble planning, solving problems or finishing familiar tasks
- Confusion about time or place
- New problems finding words in speech or writing
- Misplacing things and losing the ability to retrace steps
- Changes in mood, personality or judgment
Sometimes forgetting a name and remembering it later is a typical change. The association's helpline is 800.272.3900.
Sudden confusion, trouble speaking, or numbness or weakness on one side can be a stroke. Call 911 right away (CDC, Stroke signs).
Your bottle
What if your MemoHoney bottle differs from our pages?
Follow the label on the bottle you hold. Then email [email protected] with a photo so we can check and correct our pages. Questions about an order go to +1 (302) 200-3480.
FAQ
MemoHoney disclaimer FAQ
Does the FDA check MemoHoney before it is sold?
No. The FDA does not have the authority to approve dietary supplements before they reach the market (FDA, Supplement Q&A). The seller is responsible for the product and its claims. The "FDA registered facility" badge refers to a registration, which is not an approval, and no facility is named.
Is MemoHoney a treatment for dementia or Alzheimer's?
No. It is a dietary supplement, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. NCCIH says research has not directly shown that supplements can head off dementia (NCCIH, Supplements for cognition). Memory changes that affect daily life need a doctor's visit first.
Does memohoneynow.com get paid when I buy MemoHoney?
Yes. Memohoneynow is a licensed U.S. retail desk for MemoHoney and earns money when people order through its buttons. It is not the maker. Our pages still list the product's weak spots, and income does not change what they say about the label.
Why does memohoneynow.com show no MemoHoney star ratings?
Because no review has been verified yet. We publish ratings, counts and quotes only after the order desk matches a review to a real order and the buyer agrees. Until then, the review spots stay blank instead of showing numbers we cannot check.
Should I stop my medicine to try MemoHoney?
No. Keep taking your prescribed medicine. A supplement is not a replacement for it. If you want to add MemoHoney, show the label to your doctor or pharmacist first, especially if you take blood pressure, heart, blood thinner or diabetes medicine.
What does Advanced Memory Support on the MemoHoney label promise?
It is the brand's wording, and the asterisk ties it to the FDA statement. It is not a promise of results and not a disease claim. No published trial has tested the formula, and our sources list no memory use for its amino acids.
