How to Take MemoHoney: One Capsule Before a Meal
The MemoHoney dose is one capsule a day with an 8 oz glass of water.
Take it 20 to 30 minutes before a meal, preferably in the morning. Do not double up after a missed capsule, and do not use a bottle with a damaged seal.
Next, plan your first 60 days.

The label
What are the MemoHoney label directions?
One capsule a day, with a full glass of water, shortly before a meal. Those three points are the whole routine.
The label reads: "As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily with an 8 oz. glass of water. For best results, take 20-30 minutes before a meal with 8 oz of water or as directed by your healthcare professional."

| Time of day | Preferably the morning (sales page) |

| Upper limit | Do not exceed the recommended dose (label) |

Step by step
How do you take MemoHoney each day, step by step?
Four steps from bottle to log. Scroll and the picture follows each one.
- 01
One capsule only
Take a single capsule. That is the whole daily serving, and the label says not to exceed it.
- 02
A full glass of water
Swallow it with 8 oz of water. The label asks for the full glass, not a sip.
- 03
Before you eat
Take it 20-30 minutes before a meal. Before breakfast fits the sales page's morning advice.
- 04
Note it, then review
Tick off each day and write short weekly notes. Look back at day 30 and again before day 60.
Timing
Why take MemoHoney 20-30 minutes before a meal?
The label sets that timing but gives no reason for it, and we will not invent one. Follow it as written, or as your healthcare professional directs.
The sales page adds "preferably in the morning before a meal". In practice, that means before breakfast for most people. If you skip breakfast, take it before your first meal of the day instead. What matters most for a fair test is the same time every day.
Keep your prescribed medicines on their own schedule. Ask a pharmacist whether to space MemoHoney away from any of them, especially heart or blood pressure medicines; L-arginine can interact with both (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine).
Missed dose
What should you do if you miss a dose of MemoHoney?
The label has no missed-dose rule. Do not double up the next day, because the label also says not to exceed the recommended dose.
- Remembered before a later meal the same day? Taking it then still fits the before-a-meal direction.
- The day is already over? Skip it and take your usual single capsule tomorrow.
- Missing it often? Keep the bottle where you eat breakfast, in a cool cupboard, or set a daily phone reminder.
These are common-sense habits, not label rules. Ask your pharmacist if you are unsure.
Storage and seal
How should you store MemoHoney?
The label says: "Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and light."
Cool and dry
A kitchen cupboard away from the stove works, out of children's reach. Skip the steamy bathroom cabinet and the hot car.
Check the seal
"Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing." Report a broken seal to the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 when the order arrives.
Lot and date
The lot number and best-before date sit on the base when the bottle shows them. Close the cap tightly after each use.
Keep the bottle until you finish it. Read how to match your lot number to an order.

Can you take MemoHoney with other supplements?
Usually, but add up the niacin first. The upper limit from supplements and fortified foods is 35 mg a day.
One capsule gives 7.5 mg NE of niacin, almost half the 16 mg Daily Value (NIH ODS, Niacin). Multivitamins, B-complex pills and some energy drinks add more, and the totals stack fast.
| Source | Where to find the amount | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| MemoHoney | Supplement Facts: 7.5 mg NE | Start your total at 7.5 |
| Multivitamin | The "Niacin" line on its label | Add it |
| B-complex or energy product | The "Niacin" or "Vitamin B3" line | Add it |
| Fortified cereal or drink | The Nutrition Facts panel | Add it |
| Your total | Supplements plus fortified foods | Stay under 35 mg a day (NIH ODS, Niacin) |
Nicotinic acid can cause flushing at about 30-50 mg, and the MemoHoney label does not say which niacin form it uses (NIH ODS, Niacin). If you also use a pre-workout or nitric oxide powder, count its arginine and citrulline too. More on the niacin page.
60-day plan
What does a 60-day check-in plan for MemoHoney look like?
Six dates on a calendar, built around the label routine and the sales page's money-back window.
Day 0: set a baseline
Before the first capsule, write one week of notes on names, appointments, focus and sleep. Save your order email and order ID.
Days 1-14: same time daily
Take one capsule at the same time each day, before the same meal. Pair it with a habit you already have, such as making coffee.
Day 14: quick review
Check two things: how your stomach feels and how many days you remembered the capsule. A routine you keep is the only fair test.
Day 30: compare
Set week 4 beside your baseline week. Note any change, in either direction, in plain words.
Day 45: plan ahead
Decide whether you lean toward continuing or stopping. If a refund is likely, find your order ID now.
Before day 60: act
For a refund, call +1 (302) 200-3480 before the window closes; it counts from the purchase date. To continue, reorder before your last bottle runs out.
The results timeline has a weekly log you can copy.

FAQ
How to take MemoHoney: FAQ
Can I take more than one MemoHoney capsule a day?
No. The label serving is one capsule, and its caution says do not exceed the recommended dose. Taking two will not speed anything up, since no study links any dose of the formula to memory. Ask your healthcare professional before you change how much you take.
Can I take MemoHoney at night?
The label does not rule it out, but its directions point to before a meal, and the sales page prefers the morning. If evenings suit you better, take it 20-30 minutes before dinner. Pick one time and keep it, so each week of your log compares fairly.
Can I take MemoHoney on an empty stomach?
Yes, in effect that is what the label asks. Taking it 20-30 minutes before a meal means the capsule goes down before you eat. If it upsets your stomach, tell your doctor; L-arginine can cause nausea, cramps or diarrhea in some people (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine).
Can I take MemoHoney with coffee or juice?
The label says to take it with an 8 oz glass of water, so water is the safe choice. It gives no rule about coffee or juice. Have your usual morning drink with the meal that follows, 20-30 minutes later, and keep the capsule itself with water.
Can I open the MemoHoney capsule?
The label gives no directions for opening the capsule or mixing its contents into food. It says to take one capsule with water, so swallow it whole. If you have trouble swallowing capsules, ask your pharmacist before you change how you take it.
How long does one bottle of MemoHoney last?
One bottle lasts 30 days. It holds 30 capsules, and the serving is one capsule a day. Two bottles cover 60 days, three about 90 and six about 180, so the pack size decides how often you reorder. Reorder a week or so before the last bottle runs out.
Can I take MemoHoney with a pre-workout or nitric oxide powder?
Ask first, and count the arginine and citrulline in both. Arginine up to 9 g a day for days or weeks was well tolerated in studies, while 9-30 g caused stomach upset and slightly lower blood pressure (NIH ODS, Exercise supplements). A capsule adds 400 mg of arginine ingredients and 200 mg of citrulline.
