Scope
Who runs memohoneynow.com, and what does this policy cover?
Memohoneynow runs memohoneynow.com. We are a licensed U.S. retail desk for MemoHoney. We do not make the capsules. The bottle label says they are distributed by Instituto Experience of Ogden, Utah.
The policy covers two things: reading our pages, and writing to our website team. It does not cover the sales page at mymemohoney.com, its checkout, the BuyGoods order desk, the distributor or any outside site you reach through a link. Each of those sets its own rules.
Other domains also use the MemoHoney name. We do not run them, and their privacy practices are their own.
Here, "we", "us" and "our" mean Memohoneynow. "You" means any reader, or anyone who writes to us. Letters reach us at 1700 Broadway, Floor 28, New York, NY 10019, USA.
What we collect
What information does memohoneynow.com collect?
Very little, because no page asks you to register or sign in.
Server logs
Our host writes a short line for every page or image your browser requests. Each line can hold:
- Your IP address, which can hint at a rough location
- The date and time of the request
- The page or file requested
- The page that sent you, if your browser shares it
- Your browser and device type
Logs help the host deliver pages, block attacks and find broken links. Nobody here uses them to build a profile of a visitor.
Tools that run in your browser
The question search, the five-question fit check, the pack planner, the label hotspots and the routine dial all work inside your browser. What you type or tap in them stays on your device. It is not sent to us.
Emails
When you write to [email protected], we receive your address, any name you add and your message. We do not ask for health details, and we do not want them.
Cookies
Does memohoneynow.com use cookies or analytics?
Only in a limited, general way: to run page features and to count visits.
Page scripts
Small scripts open the questions, move the label spots and filter lists. None of them asks who you are.
Visit counts
We or our host may use a basic measurement service to see which pages are read and where errors happen. Such a service may set cookies or read similar device data.
Sale credit
Each order button passes through a short redirect page on this site before the sales page opens. The sales page may be able to tell that you came from memohoneynow.com.
If we add a new kind of tool, we will describe it here first and change the date. Your browser settings let you block or clear cookies, and every page still works without them.
Orders and payments
Who handles your MemoHoney order and payment details?
The sales page checkout and the BuyGoods order desk. This website handles neither.
An order button takes you off memohoneynow.com to the MemoHoney sales page. Your name, address, email and payment go into that checkout, and its own privacy notice explains how they are used.
After you pay, the BuyGoods order desk holds the order record. To see or correct the data on an order, call +1 (302) 200-3480 or write to [email protected].
Your card number never reaches us, and we keep no payment records. Once you land on the sales page, its own cookies and settings apply. The where to buy page explains how the order links work.
What happens to emails you send the MemoHoney website team?
The website inbox is read Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. We use your message to answer you and to fix any page you point out.
The website inbox cannot open order records. If you send order details, we will point you to the order desk instead. We do not forward your message to anyone unless you ask us to.
Please leave card numbers and medical records out of email. The contact page shows which channel handles what.
Sharing
Does Memohoneynow share or sell your information?
No. Personal data is never sold, rented or passed to advertisers.
A few service providers handle data for us so the site can run:
- The web host stores the pages and keeps the server logs.
- The email provider stores messages sent to the website team.
- A measurement service, when one is in use, reports visits in summary form.
Those providers may use the data only to serve us. Beyond that, we disclose information only when a valid legal demand requires it, or to stop fraud or abuse aimed at the site.
Your rights
Which U.S. state privacy rights can memohoneynow.com visitors use?
California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and a growing list of other states give residents rights over their personal data. We honor the same requests from every visitor.
Know and access
Ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy.
Correct
Tell us about an error in what we hold, and we fix it.
Delete
Ask us to erase your emails and other data, unless a law requires us to keep them.
Opt out
We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted ads, so there is nothing to opt out of. Requests are still welcome.
Email [email protected] with the word "privacy" in the subject line. We may ask you to confirm the address you wrote from before we act. We answer within the time your state's law allows, and asking never changes how we treat you. An authorized agent may write for you with your signed permission.
Keeping data
How long does memohoneynow.com keep data, and how is it protected?
Server logs are kept for a short period set by the host, then deleted. Emails are kept while a question is open and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Pages load over an encrypted connection. Access to the inbox and the host account is limited to the people who run the site. No system is perfectly secure, so send only what a question needs.
Children
MemoHoney is labeled for adults, and the label says anyone under 18 should consult a physician first. The site is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
When the policy changes, the date at the top of the page moves forward. Our terms of use apply alongside it.
Questions
How do you contact Memohoneynow about privacy?
Write to [email protected], Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. Order data sits with the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480, so ask there to see or correct an order record.
FAQ
MemoHoney privacy FAQ
Does memohoneynow.com sell my personal information?
No. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not pass it to advertisers. The only outside parties that touch data for us are the web host, the email provider and, when one is used, a basic visit counter that reports in summary form.
Does memohoneynow.com store my credit card number?
No. You type payment details only into the sales page checkout, after an order button takes you off this site. Memohoneynow never sees your card number and keeps no payment records, so there is nothing of that kind for us to lose or share.
Do I need an account on memohoneynow.com?
No. The site has no log-in, newsletter sign-up or comment box. You can read every page without telling us who you are. Any order details you give go to the sales page checkout instead.
How do I delete my data from memohoneynow.com?
Email [email protected] with "privacy" in the subject line and say what you want removed. We may ask you to confirm the address you wrote from. To change data on an order, contact the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480, because the order record sits there.
Who sees my address when I order MemoHoney?
The sales page checkout and the BuyGoods order desk receive it so the bottles can ship, and the carrier needs it to deliver. The website team at Memohoneynow does not see it. Each of those parties follows its own privacy terms.
Does the MemoHoney fit check send my answers anywhere?
No. The five-question fit check runs inside your browser, and your taps stay on your device. The same goes for the question search, the pack planner and the label hotspots. Nothing you enter in them is sent to us.
